The student residence hall of the Faculty offers comfortable and practical accommodation, providing an informal and friendly environment that supports professional interaction and networking among participants. It’s close proximity to the conference facilities allows easy access to all scientific sessions and social activities throughout the event. It is located within walking distance of the conference venue.
The building is fully accessible and equipped with an elevator, ensuring convenient access to all floors. Please note that the building is not air-conditioned.
Limited accommodation is available in the Faculty’s dormitory, and it is included in the conference fee. If you wish to stay at the dormitory, please select your preferred room type during registration.
The following room types are available:
- Apartment (2 × twin rooms): Two twin-bedded rooms (2 participants per room), with a shared entrance hall and a bathroom accessible from the hall.
- Single Room with shared bathroom (2 × single rooms): Two separate single rooms (1 participant per room), with a shared entrance hall and a bathroom accessible from the hall.
- Double room: One twin-bedded room with a private bathroom (2 participants).
Baja is a small town, so local buses run infrequently. Please let us know if you need help getting from the bus station to your accommodation!

Duna Wellness Hotel
A well-rated, comfortable hotel located right in the heart of Baja, close to the main square and riverfront. It offers modern rooms, on-site dining, and wellness facilities (such as small spa area). The hotel combines central location with relaxed, scenic surroundings overlooking the river and town centre — ideal for conference visitors.
Elizabeth Hotel
The hotel is located slightly farther from the conference venue, in a quiet suburban area. It offers on-site parking, and the university can be reached by car in approximately 10 minutes.
