Registration

General information

The fees include the conference; an icebreaker on Tuesday night; coffee breaks and lunches and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday; and the Friday field trip, including bus transfers, a guided tour, and a packed lunch. Accommodation in our dormitory is included in the conference fee; however, please note that places are available in limited numbers and room types.

Registration will be open until the 15th of April 2026 

Registration is valid after payment of the conference fee, payment deadline is April 25.

After completing your registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. At the top of this email, you will find your unique Participant Reference Number (see image below).

When making the bank transfer, please include the following details in the payment reference/notes field:

Ref: #[your reference number], ERB Conference – [Participant’s Name]

Example:
Ref: #01, ERB Conference – John Doe

Including the correct reference number is essential for identifying your payment.

Please note that your registration becomes valid only after the conference fee has been received. Once the payment has arrived, you will receive a separate confirmation email stating that your registration is confirmed.
